On our final day in Seattle we had one of those evil 4am starts, but at least we had to go to the airport! We were being picked up at a hotel a couple of blocks away so when we reached the lobby we weren't surprised to see Jose waiting for us. He must be mad! He escorted us to the collection point and waited until the SuperShuttle arrived to pick us up.
They dropped us off at Seattle Airport and we headed for our plane. We were changing planes, as usual, at Newark, New Jersey so had time for a stopover (of several hours) in the Continental President's Club. Very civilised. Plenty of cheese and biscuits and red wine. Keeps a bear amused.
An overnight flight and we were back home. The end of another fab Archers Tour.
