Nekkid Stuffie Charity Calendar for Comic Relief 2019

Friday 15th March 2019

Stuffies of Twitter have always been game for a laugh so for this year's Comic Relief we decided to create a #NekkidStuffie (avoiding the word 'Naked' so as not to attract the attention of Twitter's 'naughty ladies'.)

We received over 300 entries and managed to squeeze over 150 photos into the calendar along with many stuffie bearthdays and a selection of those weird and wonderful national and international days you hadn't heard of, like National Submarine Day #whoknew ?

The calendar is now on sale at Nekkid Stuffie Calendar with the assistance of our Sponsors . The calendar runs from June 2019 to May 2020 and will be shipped in early April 2019 but orders are being taken now, with £2 from every calendar going to Comic Relief. As of midnight of Comic Relief - 15 March 2019 - we've sold 72 calendars to raise £144 with a further £128 on our Nekkid Stuffie JustGiving Page and a further £34 in cash...

TOTAL RAISED TO DATE £306

Here is what the calendar pages look like:

TourGuideTed does Something Funny For Money

Friday 15 March 2013 is Ted Nose Day!!!

Well, okay, I'll admit it's technically RED Nose Day, but I figured a little poetic license was in order.

Now I've made the odd donation but I've never really done anything so, now I'm a Twitterer I thought I should reach out to my fellow Tweeters (and Facebookers, people in the street, anyone really, don't feel left out!) and see if we can raise some money. I decided to join #TeamMitch the #TwitterMillion team led by amazingly fast (and good, but we don't need him getting big-headed) songwriter Mitch Benn. So, this year, I am going to do a Scooterthon. I will be riding my scooter (yes, it's pink, but it goes and it's all I could get so better than nothing!) around a course - I'll probably do several laps - as long as the batteries hold out - and I might even try and make a little movie about it! In fact, I have...and here it is! Please sponsor me!!

I've set up my TedNoseDay page and there you can make any size donation you like, no matter how small or large (but preferably large). They take credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and if none of those are good for you, bring me some cash in a wheelbarrow, or pay me in cakes (hmm, maybe that last one won't really work?)

TGTips
A friend in the US was having trouble getting past the post code, but just put in any post code such as DL3 0UR (which is the BBC's correspondence address post code) with a foreign address and it seems to work!
